Project Scope

Full electrical and data installation

Installation of floor boxes and general power: New floor box circuits and general power outlets provide flexible workstation layouts with safe circuit segregation and full certification.
Basket containment within floor and ceiling: cable basket was installed in floor and ceiling voids to route services neatly, improve access, and maintain compliance.
DALI dimmable LED lighting: Addressable, energy-efficient LED luminaires with DALI control enable scene setting, smooth dimming, and simplified maintenance.
Cat6 network cabling: Structured Cat6 cabling was installed to standards, fully labelled and tested to guarantee high-speed performance.
AP installation: Access points were positioned from a site survey to deliver consistent Wi-Fi coverage and capacity across the office.
Fibre installation, splicing, and testing: A fibre backbone was installed, fusion-spliced, and tested to ensure low-loss, resilient connectivity.
